The primary mission of FMS Immigration Services is to adjudicate immigration cases by fairly, expeditiously, and uniformly interpreting and administering the Nation’s immigration laws. Under delegated authority from the Attorney General, FMS conducts immigration court proceedings, appellate reviews, and administrative hearings.
